Default 1500 rpm whistle from intake.

ok guys i did a search and didnt find anything. so here is my issue. i have a 1989 lx 5spd with a 331ci. 95mm anderson MAF, anderson cold air intake, 90mm accufab throttle body, edelbrock victor 5.0 intake manifold, and an anderson race cam. i have a sharp loud whistle coming from the intake filter at 1500 rpm. (it kinda sounds like a surge valve off a procharger, to give you an idea of the noise itself) everything i listed above is brand new also. car has about 2 hours of run time on it. anyone run into this before. thanks in advance

I've got the same problem. it starts around 1500 but is gone by 2000 RPM. Weird. Here's a video of it.

You opened everything up not only for more air to get in, but more sound to get out. Its a normal whistle from the throttle body you'll just have to deal with.

thanks everyone, definately not worried about the noise, just seeing if anyone had a quick fix. it can be an intimidating noise to other cars on the street. its going to jpc for tuning within the next month and then we will see how awesome it is.
