Worth it or not???

Looking to buy a 86 Mustang GT 5L. No rust but needs paint, new windshield, new interior, bushings, and a few other suspension problems. It has the cobra package and has 420 horse. $5000.00 is what buddy is asking, is this a good price?

wayyy too much if it needs all that work. +1 there was no cobra package in '86, unless you mean he is running a cobra intake on it

no, not worth it. It hsould have atleast decent paint and no major flaws for the price. Id say its worth 3k tops, prolly more like 2k from what you are describing.
