ok since the aod and aode have the same bell housing and they run from the fox to the sn-95 why wont the t-5 from the fox bolt to a 4.6l block.
If its because of the input shafti would be more than happy to change it to make it work, or will i have issues with the starter location or exhaust clearence?

because the "SN-95's" we are reffering to have 5.0's in them... If you wanna run a 5 speed on your 4.6L you need a T-45

wow... sry u handled this all alone adder, lol...

original poster...if its a good deal, or you already have it... man up and swap the input shaft... not a hard job. i can go take mine outa my trans, and take a pic to show u it in 15 min... well im on dial up, so 30 min.(no im not going to, just making an example, lol)

other guy... a 5.0 trans(t5) isnt going to bolt up to a 4.6(which uses, as adder told you, a t45)
