depends on what heads and intake you'll be using in the future. if it'll be naturally aspirated then steeda offers some good cams #18 cam or for supercharged #19 not many people here like the ford cams but they are a choice[&:] or a place called camshaft innovations offers good choices

A cam is not worth it other than sound wise if you are running factory heads.

GA, everyone is right about needing heads with the cam. But a cam will make it sound better. I do have a brand new still in box f-cam that i bought from summit. Never has been taken out of wrapper. I decided to go351 and never used it. If interested pm me with number and maybe we can work out a price for it.

Forget the cam in the car now...it actaully is a fairly decent cam. The heads are very important. The GT-40P heads are decent but you have to make sure the manifolds will bolt up to them. Lots of times you need new headers (http://www.mustangsandmore.com/ubb/F...ML/000141.html). Save up and buy some nice Trickflow heads.
