Default What lph fuel pump should I get?

I need a higher output than stock fuel pump for my '92 LX 5.0.

Its a stock internally (except cam) 302 with the following:
24# injectors
AFR 165 heads
70mm throttlebody
custom ground Comp cam
Edelbrock Performer intake

Which lph should I get- 155, 190 or 255?

Also where is the cheapest place to buy a Walbro (or relabeled Walbro)? I remember there being a link to one that was cheaper than Summit but I cant find it.

i just bout a 190.. off of www.jdsperformance.com they are wayy cheaper than summit the 190 was $80+9.50 shipping

155 is more than plenty stock was 88 it supports up to 250 natural aspirated hp 110lph up to 350 155 up to 440 and 190 up to 540 natural hp however if you plan to supercharge in the future the above levels will be reduced because as pressure required by the pump increases the flow decreases if you have a ford racing catalog there is a whole section on pg 116 on how to choose the right pump do's and don'ts

DEJAVU! Didn't someone just post this same exact question 2 days ago? 155 will more than support the motor you have. bigger pumps than you actually need create more heat and can lead to shortened pump life.

it isn't actually putting on a bigger pump than you really need will shorten pump life, because the pump most of the time is surrounded by fuel which has a cooling effect to the pump.....the main thing is most people who put the 255lph pump on a stock fuel system are not really ever going to see the full lph that the pump delivers they may only ever see 210-220 if that.... because the diameter of the stock fuel rails was never intended to flow that great of a volumne of fuel. to take advantage of all a 255 has to offer you'll have to upgrade the lines to a larger diameter. The only time you really need a 255lph is when your running alot of boost where you'll need volumne/high fuel demand

Walbro 255lph GSS340, I've never had an issue with it. Go with the 255 lph, there's no reason not to on a return style fuel system.

Pretty much the same thing I was going to say. They're fairly cheap and it leaves you room to upgrade. No sense wasting money on a 110, then a 190, then a 225, then a 255 as you decide that you want more mods. You can get a good 255lph pump for about $100.
