UPDATED Copped A 351W FTW
$200 running and out of the truck Sunday. Its out of a 1988 something fuel injected Ford Truck, (dam i need some rest/)
Anyhow, Time to start building a 500-600HP Monster, Im thinking of a AFR or Trickflow Setup and Stroker, or just a 351w supercharged, forged internals, main and valley supports. and a 11 second vehicle.
What you guys think, this will be a winter and spring project, the whole car will be worked over

As far as the motor....will it be a DD or track car? I wonder what the life differences are between a 408 and a 393 or just a 357...you know like a 347 verse 331.

The teardown has OFFICIALLY started .
The 351w tore down to bare block, block and main caps are headed to the machine shop this week to be cleaned and blasted, new freeze plugs and camshaft bearings installed.
2. Bored Over.030, bores cross honed, walls notched for clearance, oil drainback holes enlarged, caps line honed, deck straight edged, all threads cleaned over, block blue lighted.

eagle crank, scat rods, probe pistons, RHS 215 CC heads 63 cc combustion chamber, roller cam set up, <.550 lift cam, procharger, 100 shot of nitrous. Have fun... That is my next set up.
