is it a 5.0? or a 4.6?

w/ a 5.0 car you don't need a tune, you don't need to do anything for the 255 either

yes, 19#'ers are fine for 300 hp, i have squirted 3cars w/ 100 jets and never had more than 19's

do the heads and intake, it should go 12's just like that, fuel pump is a good idea just cuz the stocker is getting old

Yup, a 5.0. I'm definitely not a stranger to them, just wasnt sure if the computer would compensate for the additional fuel/air or not. I'm going to keep the stock cam because from what i've read turbo setups like 'em. thanks guys!!!
