Steering wheel trouble

So my 1990GT came with a GT Grant steering wheel when I bought it. Now I need a new wheel to get it to pass inspection. Problem is I cant get the grant off. Anyone have how to for wheel removal?

you need a steering wheel/harmonic balancer puller, available at your local parts store for around $25
