Purchased a 1995 GTS 5.0 a few months ago
It is running rich, extremely rich.
Fuel milage sucks, and the smell is mind numbing.
BBK cold air with K&N
19lb Injectors
unsure about throttle body.
msd blaster coil and hyfire box.
underdrive pulleys
stock mass air.
smog pump still operational.
368hp 372ft lbs at 5840 rpm
I have no clue about the flash that was used to program the ecm.
the dyno said that air and fuel are jacked up.
Who makes a flash tool for my model and if they do what is the dad gum part #
have searched for a month and no luck.
I dont want to take it back to factory, but I know if I had a better profile, I could make more HP.
SCT, Diablo sport and superchips seem to skip my model.
HELP, I need somebody, HELP not just anybody.....HELP I need someone .....HELP.

19 lbs injectors ehh???? and it layed down 368 hp is this motor stock?? what other mods??? does it have a chip installed???

roller rockers,
Ford racing roller cam.
trickflow heads
I dont know if its bored and if so how much.
I am unsure if its 19lb injectors as rich as its running.
extrude honed plenum and intake.
electric water pump
3.73 gears and no squeeze, yet.
Ford racing headers and flowmaster 30 series with 3" all the way.
No Cats

I am a soldier at Fort Polk and I am at the mercy of the local shops that are very un-familiar with performance issues.
I am originally from Dallas and need to get my car back there for the real help, unless someone can help me here.

I would doubt they are 19lbs with all other up grades you can tell by looking at the color of the injectors sometimes. what color are they?? if you don't know the history of the tune if any at all like if a chip has been installed the best thing to do would be check fuel pressure, run a koer test, and see if any codes come up? does the car emmit black smoke or are you just assuming it's running rich because it smeels that way from the back? does it have cats?

I'm with you on this one. 368 rwhp? There's a CAI which means that there's no Supercharger or turbo there. That also means that there's no FMU there. That leaves very few options to get there. And I didn't see anything in that mod list that would make sense.

Even if it were big *** shot of nitrous, I would think that it would have a hard time keepnig up with the demand for fuel, let alone run rich!

Ok, just saw the new mod list. Even with that list I don't see that many HP. I can see it making 268 - 298 but that's about it. What's missing?

loads of carbon smoke when I nail it, and no cats.
the injectors are yellow.
and my milage is about 10-12 mph city and only about 15-17 hiway
the dyno showed an air fuel graph that was all f-ed up.

I am not argueing with ya at all.
I am wondering if the Leesville,LA po-dunk Dynojet isnt f-ed up as well

Stoich is outta the question here.
I have not torn the motor down to see other mods internal.....Looking for help here.
Will be doing a new 347 stroker next year, after re-enlistment. but just want the car right before that.

I'm with you on this one too SAMSEED i'M ABOUT TO HAVE MINE DYNOED AND i HAVE A TON MORE DONE TO IT THAN THAT AND i'M EXPECTING ABOUT 330 to 340 rwph natural aspirated and with a 100 shot about 420 rwhp as I already know what mine runs in the 1/4 at first I thought it might be supercharged guess not???

If it blowing black out the back try a fuel pressure test also pull the vaccum line to the regulator and check to see that the diaphram isn't ruptured if it is inside the hose will be wet with fuel yellow /orange injectors may be stock 19lbs??
