Default High Idle

So basically wat is goin on is every once and a while, i will come to a stop light and my idle will go up to about 1400- 1900 rpm. It will also do the same when i shift.(i just hold the clutch in longer and it goes to that spot? Now i heard it could be a vacum leak or my tps sensor. My tps senser was brand new about 3months ago.(Its an edelbrock) So i just wanted some of your thoughts on my new problem.

Any help is appreciated Thankyou

Oh and i just read the other post a few down and could it be my egr cause i did get a code

Did you check the IAC with a volt-meter? and I dont know how much an Edelbrock IAC is, but if it is more than $30 you got ripped off.
