Is the ARP oil pump shaft the same for ALL ford 289/302 motors including the 5.0 efi motors. The only reson I ask is because I noticed that ford racing offers 2 different shafts one specifies that it will not work for the EEC-IV vehicles and one is made for the 5.0. Does anyone know the difference?

i could only assume that they are the same, but who knows...

well thats the problem, I am stuck at work right now, I just built my motor and used the ARP shaft. I have yet to install the distributor but I want to know of any problems I will be facing.
