222 is a valid tfi ignition module code for 94-95 mustangsyou have to have access to factory troubleshooting on this as I do. a quick glance at the troubleshooting chart and it leads you to a test of the ICM (Ignition control module) but as joel 5.0 stated I'd verify your code first. If you just like to slap parts put on a new tfi module as it's the brain of the ignition system that interperts all signals or you can take the module off and have it tested or test it your self with an ohmmeter. are you having start /stall problems with the car or will it not start????

222 is NOT valid for TFI.....for EDIS systems....yup......as defined by Ford..... = Loss of IDM signal right side (dual plug EI).......or the 2.3L 4-cyl. engine with 8 spark plugs.......TFI's don't use an IDM LH side signal + IDM RH signal.......check your nomenclature...

No the car works fine with no problems, every once in a while the check engine like will come on. So I checked my stang computer and this is what code it had in there..?weird anybody else every have this one come up?
