there's a company that makes locking bolts for headers that use a clip that keeps the bolts from backing off due to vibration.
Grade 8 Fasteners is the name of it, I think.

I've never had the problem with mine coming loose but I still have the cast iron heads so I could really tighten mine up good and tight. you have to be more careful with the torque you apply on aluminum heads so as to not pull out the threads in the heads.
