77 it's a 90 roller block with roller cam...that why I'm having issue with finding a cam...I've put on better springs on valves.....so lift not that much of issue....It will go .564 no trouble.....with my 600 carb. I was running out of fuel......major high rpm misfire...

correct me if I´m wrong but the best part of the cam is the duration? i changed the X303 for a F303 ´cause it had more duration, less lift

Luiz that what I think the cam in the car has only 208/218 @ .050 lame!!!

So installed a x303 ford racing cam on sat. and wouldn't you know it stumble.....carb issue.....all gone.......went to track on sunday and ran a 13.1 no bottle......finally [8D][8D]

I run a 90 roller block....heart shaped heads.....10:1 forged pistons.....compcams 926 springs......compcams 220 duration @.050 and .512 lift cam......1.7 roller rockers......4.10 gears....t-5.....275/40r17 on the rear.....17x9 cobra wheels.........31 spline axles....and full msd box and dist... the 100 shot has not gone on the car this year so far...I will try to get some good pics this friday at the track and post them....

thats either valve float, or crappy timing / ignition components

Or fuel starvation so says the a/f meter.....
