Blades just pop off, they take some pressure. The arms have to be lifted slightly. Then you will see a little metal tab sticking out from underneth at the post. Pull it back towards the windshield and pull up on the arm.

To remove the wiper arms; lift the arms upward and lock this clip/latch into place,
so that it looks like this
now wiggle the wiper arm to remove it . Sometimes the arm is stuck on the pivotof the wiper assembly but by wiggling it back and forth it will break loose.
To remove the wiper blades, just push the triangular shaped ends together at the end of wiper blade and pull out.
