Default RE: Which slicks are better?

I'd go with the Mickey Thompson ET drag slicks if I were you. I've had two sets of Hoosiers and the first set had a tiny pinhole leak in the sidewall where the information is embedded in the bead area. The second set I ran over a rock and got a puncture right at the edge of the tread and had to put a tube in it. some time later it went flat on me as I was pulling off the track after a run, so I said to hell with Hoosiers and got some MT's which so far have been just fine. I'm getting 1.7 60' times with them and no slippage at all off the line.
