A bitt off subject butt has anybody tried the phenolic spacer. It supposedly dissapates heat better than alluminum.
ive never seen an alluminum one for an efi intake

Default Update....... Fixed!!

I forgot too hook up the pcv valve that was the problem!!It was sucked unto my throttle cable and I didn't hear it leaking!! Anyway that car runs and sound good torque and h/p all there!

Throttle body spacers only work if you have a throttle body injection, it gives the fuel an extra inch to get mixed with the air but if you have fuel injection then I can't see any benifit besdies the heat protection, if it really does that.

i run a 1in spacer and my intake stays cooler imo, and i did not feel any power loss or torque loss, i felt an impovement colder air the better and more air the better as long as you can get it out...
