Default trany help please

i have a 95 coupe 3.8L, im converting it over to a 5L out of an 89 LTD and i have an 89 mustang LX trany sitting around,will i be able to use my wireing harnes for the trany off of my 95 or what will i have to do?

your gonna need a computer from an Sn95 5.0 auto, and your gonna need it's tranny too.
unless u dont want AOD-E...

then u just need a regular 'ol AOD and a regular 'ol fox 5.0 cpu

if the motor you are using is not the HO motor, your also going to need to change the cam over, to change the firing order.
