The difference in the 91 - 93 is actually the fiberglass fender extensions they are shorter than the 87 - 90 to give more clearance for the 16" pony wheels along with a modified inner fender liner.

The wheel opening on the fender itself is also different. I had to measure fenders to match them up to my '92.
Its actually a 1" difference.

I think I measured it with and without and there was an inch either way.
I bought some fenders off an '87 thinking they were off a '92 and they were definately different. I ended up getting my $ back for them.
I bought aftermarket fenders and the box even says '91-93.
