Its not cost effective to do that. More people go from efi to carb than vice versa, but if you insist then the best thing to do is find a donor car from a salvage yard or something and start plucking parts... from the engine to the gas tank, computer, wiring harness, etc.</P>

Not to mention it's way easier to tune a carb on a highly modified engine than it is to tune the ecu.

and its alot cheaper to modify... u dont have to worry about larger injectors, different maf sensors, recalibrations, etc.

Tell me about it. If I had known I would have bought a nice 4 barrel intake and a sweet carb (and associated parts) instead of injectors, maf, cai, upper/lower intake, throttle body, egr spacer, tweecer, adjustible fuel pressure regulator, etc.

and what is the sh!ttiest part is that if you wanna modify it even more, like with a supercharger etc, you will need to get even bigger injectors, a bigger fuel pump, larger throttle body, bigger mass air, and get it recalibrated again... and on top of that Im pretty sure I left some stuff out.

yep find a nice holley air -gap intake and a 600 holley...I secound that I have about a 1000 bucks in the injecters, maf etc...next time I'll put a 780 demon on it for about 400 and ride

Well the injectors should be good stockers max out at ~320hp. I've got 30lb injectors but I don't know what power level they'll max out at. I will need a new maf I'm pretty sure. I'm also using the stock fuel pump (because it's just fine) but yeah, that'll have to get replaced when I get the supercharger.

But there aren't that many people who stick with the EFI for big-power applications so I figure I'm sticking with my somewhat-rare vehicle requirement. (15,000 1st gen 2.5 RS's made total from 98-01, about 6000 were sedans iirc, and Dodge didn't become popular until the redesign in 94)
