Default GT40P ENGINE SWAP DONE!

Well guys i got the car done a week ago and heres a video of it at idle i will get engine pics soon if you guys want it.
Mods done so far is a 98 explorer gt40p complete motor
i used long block only upgraded spirngs from tfs steeda #19 cam 24# blue top injectors explorer intake stock maf crane 1.7 roller rockers " noisy as hell" undrive pulleys
bbk unequal length headers. A few of the rockers have too much lash in them and others are fine I ordered 6.300 length pushrods and they were too long "they pushed the valve down a bit so i stuck with the stock pushrods put it back toghether runs ok but the rockers make alot of noise i dont know if i should order another size pushrod or my rocker seats are no good ?? "if thats possible" So far i only drove it 72 miles and am almost out of gas lol i know i need a tune. here it is

no bro i havent, how do you check it? i bought an adjustable pushrod and measured it out and took it in to a performance shop, the guy measured wrong because its too long and im stuck with 6.300 length pushrods, i kept my stock hydrolic lifters i thought maybe running it would close the gap because plenty of people here used the stock rods and it worked, im sure the cam base circle is the same so what gives?

I used stock length hardened push rods with my p heads 1.7 rockers and a tfs1 cam, it seems to work well

you and a handful of others on this site have, im wondering maybe my rockers are bad? they were used i bought from e bay, crane cams type "same as in 94-95 cobra". I asked a few guys here that work on engines and they all said stock length should work.

As did I with my TFS cam and P heads. They work well, but I'm using stock rockers.

All of mine sit well except for 4-5 of them wich i can move the pushrod with my hand i tried changind the places of other rockers and its the same thing, it sounds like a diesel, i advanced the timing today and its like a bat outa hell. My low intake gasket is leaking and i have to tear it open again, you guys think i should put in asome longer rods, i have 6.300 they are a tad too long maybe something in between 6.23 and 6.30 im not sure what to do. Heres some pics of the process and the rev vid you guys wanted. URL=http://s172.photobucket.com/albums/w20/sgezalian/?action=view&current=Aug02_0001.flv][/URL]
