Putting in Rear Suspension

Putting in Rear Suspension
I'm not sure if this qualifies as a technical question so plz move it if it's not. But anyway, I just ordered some Upper and Lower Control Arms from UPR and some Lakewood 50/50 Shocks. If it doesnt come with an instruction manual, could someone tell me exactly what I need to do to put em on myself? pics would help if possible. Thanks.
Also, i've never done anything with suspension so I have very little knowledge of how to do this.

RE: Putting in Rear Suspension
its not terribly difficult i have done it a few times. the lakewood 50/50s do come with instructions if i remember correctly. the hardest part will be raising or lowering the rearend to take load off of the bolts

usually I jack up the rear end of the car under the diff, then support the frame with jackstands. then hop in the car and unbolt the top of the shocks. hop back out and slowly lower the rear axle down, the shock will come out of the body, and you can then unbolt them from the axle.
Leave them off. Now do your control arms ONE AT A TIME.
whn you're done with the control arms, bolt the shock to the axle and slowly raise it back up under the car. make sure you align the shocks with the mount holes. hop inside, bolt them back in, lift the car, remove the jackstands. put the car back on the ground..... done.
