I've seen cars that don't actually reach WOT when the pedal is all the way down. But that's something that can be fixed for free by taking the slack out of the line behind the pedal (usually with a custon spacer.) Also, I've never heard of that being an issue with an SN95.

so it does work? how do u give the cable slack?
You don't want to give the cable slack. You want to take the slack out of the cable. The problem is that a cable with slack can prevent you from reaching WOT / OL. You press the pedal all teh way down, and the foirst 1/4 inch or so removes slack from the cable. Then it starts to open the TB. But because of the 1/4 inch delay, your pedal actually hits the floor before the TB is fully opened. Because of that (and depending on how severe it is) you may never hit WOT because the TPS won't read a high enough voltage to trigger the switch.

So you take the slack out using a few spacers and the problem is solved.
