Default Gears and fuel economy

I was thinking of putting some 3.73 gears in, but I want to know what this will do to my fuel economy It's an auto GT

If you have 2.73 or 3.27 it will probably improve around town mileage by a couple MPG, but will consume more at WOT.

You will have no problems with that. It will only effect your mileage on the highway.

the 3.73 gears will not make that much of a difference unless you really have a heavy right foot on the gas pedal! and they will really make driving the Stang more fun too.
