Default (not ur usuall)t5 problem, need just some ideas

ok so the trans in my car is shot... as some of yall know i blew 2nd(not syncros, the gear), and because of that a piece of 2nd is in the way of 5th, so if im able to get into 5th, it gets stuck, and you have to get it just right to get it out... big pita... so because of that i just dont use 5th... so i cruise in 4th. however tonight... it out of nowhere started grinding into 4th almost like it does when when u get it almost in a gear but then stop, and THEN stick it in... no what i mean? hard to explain... anyway, now out of nowhere 10 min from home it got stuck in 4th... will not come out... i just have to get it to ****in work for a few more days, i have a rebuild kit in the mail for my spare, which should be here any time now.... but this is my only car and i gotta get to work somehow.... so brainstorm a little and help me out

hell i usually answer these threads... havent made on bout this in a while[:@]

Looks like your clutch is going to be doing a little slipping until your next trans is ready. Fourth gear from a dead stop ftw.

haha ride a bike, thats my best idea.

I drove my car in 4th all the way to the shop I work at, which is about 5 or more miles away, which you wouldnt think would be so bad but its a crap load of traffic lights.
