Default Alarm Help

Hi, my mustang has recently got a battery drain I beleive to be caused by the alarm. The alarm is a "Hornet" model. I was just wondering if anyone knows where I can Disconnect the Alarm from, to make it inactive and just run the car without it. Also my radio has recently been on the fritz. It wont turn on unless I roll the window down and back up again. WTF is that about? thanx for your help

Default RE: Alarm Help

Most of the time you can just unplug the main brain from the alarm and you will be fine. Some times they tap into the fuel system at the steering column and you will cut the wire that they cut and ran through the relay and install it back like factory.

The radio issue has me baffled I have never seen something like that before. You might want to check the wiring for the radio.
