Fluids

OK, it's time to change all of the fluids...What is your recommendations for the following? Going racing this weekend and want to be totally prepared.

In my car I have 10W30 Havoline oil, Royal Purple Manuel Trans. fluid, and Royal Purple 75W90 gear oil.
