Autos will give lower numbers on a dyno but it's misleading! Take it to the track and see what you think then. I bet you will be satisfied... you did NOT waste your money. Numbers are just numbers and dynos dont reflect true HP from an automatic... take it to the track and tell us what it does. I'm putting a car together with the same exact mods you are and I don't care what the dyno says it has... the track will tell me if it's putting out or not.

Kurgan is a very good tuner, but that's still not right even for an auto. The ONLY way that could be close to correct is if it were on a Mustang Dyno.

don't feel bad!!! yesturday a friend and I went to get their 68 cougar dyno'ed and it has a similar build to the engine and it laid down 265.9 at the rear wheels and they run 13.10's to 13.20's all day long at 103 mph . so take your car to the track!!! I'm sure you'll feel better after that.!!!

Autos don't lay down good numbers on the dyno with a mild set up such as yours. That thing will scream at the track! Who gives a **** about power numbers, those should be used for tuning purposes only. Good luck bro! I'm sure you won't be dissapointed once you take it down the 1/4 mile.

Did you have any idle issues before your tune which are now fixed??

I was wondering if a tune would fix my idle...

If you have a hunting idle a tune can address that issue!! Ijust finished an H/C/I on a 94 and it had a slighthunting idle which a tune will usually address. It's caused by the aggressive cam change vs the sensitivity of the sn-95 computers that were reworked for these two years to better comply with more stringent emmissions laws coming into effect. In a nut shell the sn-95's computers have been detuned and tend to over correct for changes such as cams expecially when the lobe center on a performance cam is changed from the reccommended min of 114 to lets say 110 or 112 like a e-cam or tfs stage 1 cam........this is why the steeda 19 cam is so sn-95 freindly and would be my choice if I owned a 94-95

Is it that much harder to tune with a smaller lobe separation cam? like would an f cam in a 94 be very dificult to tune, or is it nothing a dyno tune cant fix?

one day, people will listen to me about the TFS top end kit....

hell, my cobra made 253/294 before I even tuned it... and that was on a stock h/c/i with CAI, exhaust, 15° timing, and UDP's

think of it this way... you just spent $2200+ to get the performance my car came with STOCK.... dont you feel dumb now?

My TFS Kit made good numbers, the only variation from it is the GT-40 intake and 1.7rr's...
