Grinding Noise is....?

Grinding Noise is....?
I have a 94 5.0L 5 spd. I have taken it in for some work which I got a new front suspension, transmission had no fluid, and rear fluid change. I change the oil with Mobil 1. I have this grinding noise that the shop says it's my front tires rubbing my wheel wells. Now I'm not that great at the mechanicals of cars but rubber on plastic doesn't sound like metal grinding.
So I've done some tests and here is what I've found:
-I do not feel anything in the steering wheel
-I still have plenty of power
-The noise comes when I'm accelerating in any gear, gets better as I shift up
-The noise also comes when going over a bump, when I hit the other side or when going down a hill, when I hit the bottom
-I feel a vibration in my e brake when I hear the noise
So, does anyone have any ideas? Maybe trans mount is bad so it's moving around?
Thanks in advance!
Mitch

If you have a vibration when you use your e-brake, then your rear rotors are warped. Either machine them if they can be, or replace them with new ones. Depending on the pad condition, that could be your metal-metal grinding as well.
