Default fox questions

Ok let me go the long of the short of it. I'm trying to see what everyone is running in the 1/4 on a full weight fox (full interior) with a 600hp motor. On street tires. The car is being built as a road race / street warrior car not a dedicated drag car so I know there is going to be a variance not running slicks.

I'm building a 92 hatch and what’s going into it is.

T-56 close ratio
Rear end gears??? I'm open to suggestions I was thinking 4.10 would be a bit too steep
Man O War 351block massaged out to 460 on motor alone. Pushing between 600 and 630 on motor(everything’s forged for later addition of FI or bottle)

Everyone?? I doubt there are 5 guys on this forum with a full interior 600hp fox, that drives around on street tires. But to answer your question...with road course suspension and racing tires...I'd say you could muster a 12.5@125(ish) mph. Your ETs would suck, but the mph would be up there. Trying to launch a high HP car without the right suspension or tires is like driving on ice.

Whitefox - Your absoulty right. Let me clarify. The street tires are Nitto NT01 305's in the back and 245's in the front. I know traction when launching is going to be a problem. Slipping a 15 inch rim with MT's on to a over sized rear rotor is problematic at best. Full interior is Corbeau racing seats with carpet, dash, rear seat deleted, full glassand a 20 gallon RCI fuel cell over the axel. Yes and a radio. No sub no large amps. The suspension is upgraded to a GR40 front SLA and rear Watts.
