ok well my buddys engine was just rebuilt . and now it wont start. i havent heard it but he says that it will turn over but not start at all . sounds like a vacum leak or timing of. if its the timing how do u just start from scratch? also could it be plug wires? i doubt it cause it would start more then lickey
