Default Running lean on both banks

It's a 1994 5.0 with basic bolt-ons and I had it diagnosed at the local parts shop and all they could tell me is I wa running lean on both banks.....

If fuel pressure is good, it tends to be a maf problem.

Go to local auto parts store and get an actron fuel pressure tester, use the adapter thats in the kit for ford and hook it up to ur schrader valve on ur fuel line its on passenger side fuel rail near the front and in a haynes manual it will tell u waht it should be at with vacuum line on and off while running.
