Default what cam with explorer motor

hey i bought a 99 explorer motor with the gt-40p heads and i wanna throw a cam in quick before i put the motor in. Do you guys think that i could get a away with installing a E303 with out changing the valve springs? I installed a B303 in my current engine with stock valvetrain and it has been working great. The E303 has a little more lift so let me know what you guys think otherwise if there is a better cam for this app. let me know thanks chris

I had a e-cam in my 92 for a while ...I would have to short shift into second because as it hit 6000 rpm all of a sudden it would break down like mad.....the guy who had had it before me used stock valve springs so when I finally swapped to a f-cam and ported heads and matched the springs .....now I can take it to 6300 + all day long with out the engine breaking down.....In my case it could of been weak springs also but it's always best to match spring rates to the cam to maximize the full potential
