i have a 1990 lx with 45k on it and when i drive it and turn real har to the right it makes a grinding sound, could it be that my tires are to tall or sonmthing else
Post a pic and we can tell you. If you are turning to full lock, they could be rubbing. What is the tire size, wheel size, is the car lowered? Not enough info!
it sounds lie its kind of bottoming out it only does it when theres 3 ppl in the back or when doing a donut or a wicked sharp turn, but only when turning
I would say you are bottoming out, it may be time for some new shocks, it is obvious that the extra weight on the suspension is lowering the car too much causing you to bottom out.
it only does it on one side and my exhaust has a mark on it from where the tire is rubbing but im not sure if its because i need new shocks or because the tire is too tall the tire is way taller than the fronts and taller that the tires on my other 2 mustangs by a few inches
