Default not keeping fuel pressure

ok so after i leave my car sit for a while it doesn't keep fuel pressure i changed my fuel pressure regulator and my fuel pump. what else could it be

You mean after it has been shut off? You are not supposed to have any pressure when it's off, only when the ignition is on.

leaking injector, hole in the pickup tube for the pump, or a leak in a line.

no there isnt.

from the moment you shut your car off, fuel pressure will begin to drop because the pump is no longer supplying fuel. within 2 hours of the car being shut off, your fuel pressure should be at or close to 0psi

YES, Lucky is right.You'll have fuel in the lines, but it won't be pressurized.

wrong. the fuel system WILL leak down slowly, but it should be pressurized above 25~psi for a good 6 hours.
