Default Rear Control Arm Bushing

How hard is it to replace the rear upper control arm bushing on the body side? Are any specialty tools needed to accomplish this task? I have like half a bushing in there and the rear axle is shifting while I am driving. At first I thought it was just convertible flex issues till I got under there its weird though because all the others are fine just the one is bad.
