Default Adjustable Regulator Info. Please

I have a BBK adjustable fuel pressure regulator that I havent installed yet, I am not sure what pressure to run so could you guys help me out please. My motor mod are 306 with E303 cam, GT40 intake, #24 injectors, MSD. Lontubes w/ off road H and Flowmasters, K+N, and soon a 73 or 75 mm MAF. What pressure should I run and what kind of gains can I expect? Also, what size MAF would work best cause Ill probably wait til I get the new MAF to put the regulator on? Thanks in advanvce for all of the help.

why that low....he's got decent mods.....mine is at 40psi,and i know i'm good, and i like him to be safe.
cause he can take a quick blast down the road shut her off,coast,and,stop......then check a plug or too
see if he's rich, and hopefully not too lean.

mine seems lean now, the plugs are white as snow, i was told the stock heads were ported but I dont know, When I was changing the intake, they looked like they might have been opened up a little bit but I dont know if that would make much diffrence
