Default Possible a 5.0?

I have been looking around for another mustang, but I can't help but finding more and more 5.0 at a reasonable price. I stumbled across one just recently. and would like to know what you all think of it, and what you would possible pay for it.

The engine is as follows: a freshly built 347 Scat stroker kit, FMS 303 cam, Edelbrock performer heads (Stage 2 part and polished), Edelbrock RPM intake, Crane 1.7 roller rockers, Accufab 70mm throttle body, 76 mm C & L mass air system, Moroso 7 qt. oil pan, FMS high volume oil pump, Fludyne Oil Cooler, FMS underdrive pullies, Goodyear high miler hoses, FMS B51 graphite head gaskets, March aluminum p/s bracket - a/c delete, 130A alternator, Crane Hi-6TR ignition, Crane coil, Griffen aluminum radiator, Edelbrock waterpump, Mark VIII electric fan, CSI anodized catch can, Tremec 3550 transmission, Spec stage 3 clutch, FMS aluminum driveshaft, SN95 rear axles, FMS 3:55 gears, Griggs adjustable lower control arms, D & D upper control arms, Griggs specific rate springs, Hotckis struts, Hotchkis caster camber plates, HPM full length sub frame connectors, torque boxes welded, FMS M2300 cobra brake kit, FMS 2002 Bullitt wheels, BBK ceramic coated long tube headers, BBK H-pipe, Borla mufflers dumped, Cartech renegade stage 3 fuel system, Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, FMS 30# injectors, Cervini's mach 1 hood, 93 cobra wing, Autometer monster tach. FMS M2300 cobra brake kit all the way around.

The body is in good condition but there is a little rust on the rear quarters. Rust is not a big deal to me, easy taken care of, for the most part.

Any help on pricing would be gladly taken. It has been quite sometime since I have purchased a car like this, so I don't really know what they go for anymore. Thanks for any help.
