My buddy pulled his front sway bar at the track every time he made a run...reduced weight

the sway bar wont keep you from twisting the frame.... but you should get some subframe connectors

you dont remove the sway bar for weight reduction ....remove it for more weight transfer to the rear wheels

you remove the front one, keep the rear. there is a reason they make anit-roll bars for drag cars

and yes, an anit-roll bar is different fromthe stocksway bar

Sh-t-can the front sway bar. Not only does it bind up wieght transfer it does wiegh something and you don't want an extra once on the front of a Fox body car.
I use an 'anti-roll' bar on the rear of my car but if you are mostly stock, I would keep the factory bar...............

I don't run the sway bars on my car. I removed the rear since my upr lower control arms don't have provisions for it.
