there seems to be a short connection in my mustang, and I need some advice. I think the starter is shorting out my battery because the starter is about to "kick the bucket"! I have noticed something recently that a friend pointed out to me, that is, whenever I exit my car, it shocks the h*ll out of me!! thus, meaning that I have got to have a "dead wire" somewhere or a short in my bad starter. its got to be one of the two but I wont find out 'till this afternoon, when I take a look at it. I wanted to know what 'yall think is more possible/reasonable, or if it could be both????? I havent got a clue here!!!

also, I put a full charge on my batt. last night with a batt. charger, went to hook it up this morning, and (I thought) it would start right up.....WRONG. its like I never even charged it?????? i dont know whats going on here?
