Aliates Wheel and Tire update
 

Okay Im ordering the wheels tomorrow, centerline sells a 8.5 inch x 15 instead of 8, will this make the tire stick out of the sides at all in the rear? Im very concerned about that. I called centerline and they said with the right back spacing it wont, 4.5 inch back spacing I think. Will this rub?

whether or not it will rub also depends on the cross section width of the tire you put on the wheel. best advice I can give you is go to the best local high performance tire dealer in your area and talk to them about what wheel/tire combo they would recommend you try as they have much more experience with what works and what don't work, especially on cars like Stangs. a good shop will work with you and have the equipment to make the necessary measurements to ensure that the wheel/tire combo will fit like you want it to but you have to take the time to make the measurements and make sure what you buy matches up properly.
