140 speedo install wtf
ok so i bought a 87-89 140mph speedo for $50 off this kid i kno from the car meets around here. how easy is this to do? it doesnt look that hard but i could be wrong. is there n e thing i shood look out for while im doin it?
ive seen a pic somewhere that shows how the dash comes apart but idk where to find that.
any advice/pictures/links to other threads would be helpful (tried the search thing but i cant seem to find n e thing)
thanx!

RE: 140 speedo install
It is a straight forward swap, there are 4 screws to take out for the bezel over the speedo, the steering column cover and I think 4 more screws for the speedo as well. The light switch, hazard switch and defrost can be a bit tricky. The toughest part for me to disconnect was the speedo cable. The connections for the wires to the other guages are easy to disconnect as well.
