Default tire size?

ok so im setting a car up to run at the track with 4.30 gears a built AOD and either a 347...347 with nitrouse...or a 347 with a turbo (confused right now). Would i be able to fit a 10.5" by 28" tire under the car? (its a 92 5.0 hatch) or is there another size i should be looking at

will it rev ?

i would start w/ 26 X 10 1/2" you'll lose a lot of gear w/ the 28's and aod NEEDS gear

if the r's are too high on the 26's then go 28

26's will easily fit, remove or reverse the quad shocks end for end , if the tire digs too hard and rubs on the fenderwell, put a bag on the right side w/ about 8 psi and it will not anymore
