bump...

Again any reason why this would happen right after H/C/I? Also when it is smoking I can hear something like it is running, like the A/C is on or something like that when it is in fact turned off...

Where can I get a heater core and any install instructions? I still don't think this is the problem and would be extremely disappointed if I replace it and that is not the problem...

Was I supposed to do something after I had let the car sit for a few days swapping my heads and all that? Did I do something wrong, because this happened the first time I tried to put my A/C on all this smoke came out... Was I supposed to recharge my A/C or do something with that.

if this is coming off the ac like mine was, it is NOT smoke, it is more like a fog forming when heat & cool meets. if it is a heater core you should be losing radiator coolant, the windows should be foging up, the carpet may be wet at passenger feet, you may have a "sweet" smell inside you car. make sure it is the heater core before you replace it .good luck. luk.

How could I damage it during the H/C/I, all I did was remove the two hoses...

I do think this is the problem since I do smell coolant while driving sometimes and there was a huge puddle of coolant on the ground outside of my car when I stopped at block buster one day.

For now i'm just going to bypass the two heatercore lines for about two weeks so I can do the install...

Could it be one of the heater hoses is punctured causing the heatercore to not work correctly? All I have to do is check which I will but it's weird that my floor isn't drenched since the core should be toasted...

That's how. The reason it's probably not making it to the carpet is b/c it's running out your a/c drain first. Consider yourself lucky in that respect.
