The TKO 600 is twice as strong as a stock T-5 and about 25lbs heavier.

For me it was. I have a 357 with stage 2 ported TF, custom grind with 625/661 lift, dur @ .050 is 246/259 and all the supporting mods. I shift at 6800 and the tranny has never had a problem.

What would you reccommend for my setup. 302 stroked to 347 mild cam better heads and a good intake mani?

Sorry I don't know specifics I am new to v8's I have been a 4 cyl guy
