Make sure shoes in the rear are adjusted right. If they are and the ebrake still doesn't work there is an adjustment nut under the center console.

The adjustment nut is right next to the ebrakehandle. You can't miss it when you pull up the center console.

Thanks blahman, its a design concepts hood. I'm not sure how much it cost new, it came off my buddies car.

Yes, the console has to come off but just the part with the ashtray and center armrest. Its easy.

Pop off the two covers on both sides of the console, theyre oval, you can use a flat screwdriver to get em off. Once there off there are 2 bolts behind both covers. I forgot the size. Lift off the the center armrest. You should see two screws, take them out. Pry the shifter trim plate off (it pops back in) and youll find two more screws, take them out. Pull up a bit on the Ebrake handle and lift up on the console so you can unplug the cig lighter and mirror switch if you have one. Slide the console out.
