intermittant clunk from under gas pedal
okay took car in today and got new tires on the back. After I got back in and started driving I noticed from a dead stop occasionally when I would accelerate I would feel a small clunk which felt like it was directly under my foot. It's not constant, and it only does it once when starting the car from a dead stop, then nothing at all after that until I stop again, and then it only happened about 2-3 times on the way home
what can I look for and what could be causing this? Does it sound like something that could be serious?
When they replaced the tires on the back they used a hoist to lift the car up around the middle of the car, not sure if the front wheels hanging would have done anything, or if this is something different, but I didn't ever have this happen before.
thanks in advance

Who changes tires with a hoist!!!??At any rate, I don't know what could cause that, but you might at least do aquick inspection of the front suspension before driving it too much. Grab and wiggle anything you can see. If everything seems ok, you might take it to another shop and have them inspect your front end. Should be free...right?
