The other flasher is either located around the steering column or to the left of the glove box door in the dash.

the only other electrical that doesnt work is the dome light switch, it will dim the dash lights but it wont turn the over head dome light on when the doors are closed

i had the same problemand i had to replace the pigtail that the hazard light switch is connected to. one of the wires for the blinkers was sliding out and caused just the blinkers not to work.

FYI, I just had sort ofthe same prob...my turn signals and blower fan didn't work. Replaced my ignition switch in the steering column ($11) and they bothwork perfect. Might be worth a shot...only takes 10 minutes to install. Oh, and buy a T-27 security torx bit before you leave the auto parts store.
