i have read these threads....their problems are different than mine...just humor me by explaining what has changed about the same throttle body i have always had that is suddenly making it whistle??

This isn't exactly the same situation, but I may be abl to explain it some... Tak a 2-liter soda bottle and hold it straight up and down. Now look straight down it and with your mouth about 1/2 an inch above it, blow straight into the opening.
Now instead of blowing straight into it, move ot to a 45 degree or 0 degree angle and do it again. Try blowing harder or softer too. You'll hear a different tone. Sometimes you will go from hearing nothing at all to hearing a very distinct whistle. The bottle hasn't changed at all, but the amount of air, direction or air, movement of the air, etc has all changed.

The TB is the same but other things have changed. The intake flows more air and lfows differently now, thus creating a different airflow than what you had before.
