Default Question for you Hyper Piston Guys.

How would you feel about running say 6-8lbs of boost on a 94-95 motor with a set of gt-40p heads. Combustion chambers are around 60cc bringing compression up in the area of 9.5:1. With a good tune and a bit of a drop in timing think its safe?

60cc heads and 6-8 lbs of boost only puts you @ 9.5:1??? how big are those dishes in the pistons anways?!?!

im running with the federal mogul flattop hypers with 4 valve reliefs. with a 58-60cc head and the block zero decked im going to be 9.5 + and thats a n/a 289

no, the natural compression will be around 9.5:1, then im going to throw on about 6-8lbs of boost. And I was assuming I would be fine as long as I don't get any detonation. And I think its a cool combo because the few results ive seen from similar setups are nice(and cheap).
